I spent 25 years as a full-time worship pastor in Southern Baptist churches across the Southeast, planning services and leading vocals, piano, choir, orchestra, band and praise team. Along the way I oversaw technology and production, led staff and volunteer teams, and served on pastoral leadership teams.

• 2018 – 2020

  First Baptist Church, Biloxi, MS

  3,500+ members. Television broadcast and streaming, plus technology upgrades.

• 2012 – 2017

  Istrouma Baptist Church, Baton Rouge, LA

  6,000+ members. 80-voice choir and 20-piece orchestra. Supervised 13 paid staff, served on the Lead Team and helped oversee a $5M church budget.

• 2005 – 2012

  First Baptist Church, Hendersonville, NC

  1,800+ weekly attendance. Led a $750K audio/video upgrade, served on staff through a one-year pastoral interim and sat on the Pastoral Leadership Team.

• 2003 – 2005

  Emmanuel Baptist Church, Blackshear, GA

  Led the move from a 275-seat sanctuary to a 1,000-seat worship center. Attendance doubled in two years.
